Moving on to lighter things than the most recent here.
We were refreshing our memories on "We will rise again" last night (singing it at a Mass of anointing the sick in a few weeks). there is a page turn in the middle of the line "lift up your eyes, and see who made the stars" immediately before the word 'eyes'
I don't know what word my soloist was expecting over the page, but what came out was "Lift up your thighs..." We didn't get beyond that point as uncontrollable giggling broke out every time.
I was once with a group who always wanted to sing 'This is our song' instead of the real words of the chorus of the Servant King (This is our God, the servant king...), the result being 'This is our Sod....
