This site has a downloadable Liber Usualis in modern notation. The Kyrie you're looking for is on page 36 of the "full" version.

What a fantastic resource, mcb! Thank you. Mind you, it's rather ugly - I think I will reset it all in Finale or Sibelius when I have a moment :D
