St George's Day
Being english (for at least some of us), we do tend to make very little of St George's day. Apart from the obvious "Great St. George, our patron help us" and Jerusalem, what do contributors like to play, sing or hear? My favourite is to play the congregation out to the Bos'un's song from Pinafore, which is, as a certain Major General said, infernal nonsense. The cognoscenti have a good laugh, and the others don't recognise it. What do other people do?

Re: St George's Day
We very rarely have Mass on St George's Day. This year it's a Monday – if it were tomorrow, Easter 3 would take precedence. I always wear a leek to work on St David's Day and, this year, I showed my students a Max Boyce clip on YouTube – they were underwhelmed!
Re: St George's Day
Last year I went along to play 'Great St George'. This year, it's a school Mass so it's quite possible that St George & Merrie England won't get a musical mention.

This morning at Mass we sang "I vow to thee my country"; The Belmont Mass and "Great St George". I played them out to a short march by Fr Andrew Moore.

Re: St George's Day
Isn't it about time we dropped this medieval crusader-imported Saint for someone more appropriate to the present day?

I have been tempted from time to time to try to write a more pro-dragon hymn...

There's room for more- the forum is quite Komodo-ious

Quite unconsciously on my part, I assure you (which is quite scary, actually).
