What would people think about using this as a proper entrance antiphon this coming Advent?

As tuneless drones go it's fair. Pretty colourless.
NIMBY.
NIMBY.
Re: Sing a new Proper to the Lord
I think you'd need to do it with all its 'production' (instrumentation/arrangement/etc) for it to make its effect. By itself, the melody doesn't make much of an impression on me.
I have found Bernadette Farrell's (Advent) Liturgy of the Word (in Laudate and in God Beyond All Names) to work well, especially if you can build a crescendo (as on the OCP recording) with piano and organ.
