I believe the Permission to Publish Panel has only met once and that was a couple of weeks ago. B&H will have had to submit in time for that. The next panel dates are listed on the Liturgy Office website – but they appear to be meeting quite frequently. Next two deadline are 23 Feb and 23 March.

Liturgy Office website says

Other settings [other than ICEL chants] of the new translation may be published after Easter 2011
