Ah, never mind. You are referring to his avatar. Hmm. Not sure. The tail is certainly in duple time, but the paws are unclear, even if you take the tongue into account. We would need to see a frame-by-frame breakdown of the animated GIF, and I am not sure that the forum is ready for that. :P
