Christmas Brass Parts?

Well it does to the people who post here... dispassionate and reasoned debate, with a good deal of humour thrown in for good measure.

Christmas Brass Parts?

Post by johnmac »

Does anyone know if there are any brass parts in existence for Bernadette Farrell's Christmas Psalm (in Christ be our Light collection). There's a flute part in the inst section but I was wondering if, for this season of celebration, anyone had prepared a brass part of their own?

I've got an arrangement for brass quintet - two trumpets, horn and two trombones. I imagine that's overkill for your needs, but hopefully there'll be something of use to you in there. I've sent pdf files by e-mail.

Hope that helps!

I've got heaps of stuff too - Christmas things mainly for quartet, and loads of other general-purpose pomp and circumstance material for quintet and timps. Some of it relates to copyright items (and so I imagine shouldn't be circulated), but other stuff is my own arrangement of material that is too old for copyright (trad hymns and Christmas carols), and I'm happy to share. If anyone has need of something, send me a PM or an e-mail and I'll happily pass on what I can.
