Music event in Leeds

Well it does to the people who post here... dispassionate and reasoned debate, with a good deal of humour thrown in for good measure.

Music event in Leeds

Post by joeburns »

Hi. I hope nobody minds if I use the forum to advertise a music event being organized by the Leeds CAFOD office in support of the 'Live Simply' campaign that is currently running.

Philip Jakob, a member of the Iona Community, Music adviser to the Hallam Diocese and Master of Music at St Marie's Cathedral in Sheffield will lead a series of music workshop sessions exploring the themes of the campaign.

It is being held at
The Universities in Leeds Catholic chaplaincy on St Marks Avenue in Leeds
on Saturday 24th February between 11 am and 4pm.

Further details can be obtained from the Leeds CAFOD office (Leeds@cafod.org.uk)

It promises to be a very lively event!
