Well it does to the people who post here... dispassionate and reasoned debate, with a good deal of humour thrown in for good measure.

I write briefly to coincide with the next edition of Music & Liturgy Journal, about to drop on your doormats in the next few days. You will notice in the Journal a column called 'Making the mot of the Society', where it explains that the Trustees are conducting a Review of the Society, a process begun at Summer School last year, and now as part of this, seeking the views of you, the whole membership, about your likes, dislikes and expectations of the Society! You will see a link there in the Journal, and if it is easier for you, I have reproduced that link here below - just click, and it will take you to the membership survey - which will only take a few minutes to complete. It would be wonderful to have all your views and comments. Thank you!

In addition, in that same Journal column, we are asking for suggestions and comments for website and social media. Do please respond with your views.

It does not take long to fill this in!

:?: The latest issue arrived some time ago, and has already been discussed on this forum.

But the link to the survey is useful. :)
