As we all start looking for new diaries for 2013, here are some dates for you! (Congratulations to any who are so organised they have their new diaries already!)
Summer School next year will be at Belsey Bridge, Ditchingham and the dates are Monday July 29th to Friday 2nd August inclusive. Summer School will start around 4pm on the Monday and finish after lunch on the Friday.
Our Summer School Leader will be Martin Foster. Keynote speaker will be Fr Peter McGrail and our accompanist will be Andrew Wright.
The title is "A Sign Lifted Up Among the Nations: Sacrosanctum Concilium, the Church and the New Evangelisation."
Early days but we intend to use the forum to pass on details as and when they are agreed/approved.
Margaret Blaney, Summer School Team 2013.

Update on next year's Summer School...
We are very pleased to confirm that we are able to hold prices for the Summer School at the same rate as 2012:
£365.00 for members, £405.00 for non-members and £170.00 for under 18's is payments made in full by 1st May 2013.
Booking forms should be available in January and will update the online booking about the same time if not sooner.
Keep an eye out on this thread for further updates and if you have any questions, get in touch with the other half of the Summer School Team - Margaret Blaney (via a PM to 'SummerSchoolTeam2')
Meanwhile... what have been some of the highlights of previous Summer Schools for you? How has the experience of the Summer School helped you?

Re: Summer School 2013
Bookings for this year's Summer School are climbing - don't forget that places are discounted if you book and pay in full before 1st May.
If funding is a problem, have you considered the McElligott Fund? This offers funding to assist those on a limited income who would benefit from attending the Summer School. It is open to all ages - NOT just students. Applying for funding is very straightforward - contact the Summer School Bookings Secretary at bookings@ssg.org.uk or PM myself to find out more...

Only two weeks left before the early booking discount deadline expires (1st May). We have lots of new enquiries and bookings coming in, so if you want to have a place, get your application in soon. The free places on offer have almost gone but there are still a few left - again, apply quickly.

Re: Summer School 2013
Just a reminder to anyone planning on coming to the Summer School this year - places are filling up quickly and the discount for early booking closes on TUESDAY of this week.
The free places on offer have just about been filled - anyone who missed this could still apply for a grant from the McElligott Fund - won't be a free place, but would certainly cut the costs for anyone who needs this help. The McElligott Fund is also open to ALL ages - not just students.
