Hello everyone.
I know that somewhere on the web the Missal Tones are available, I've a sort of vague recollection that there are also sung demos along with them. Do you think I can find them though?
I'd be most grateful if someone could post a link or even point men to a previous relevant forum thread.
Bestest,
Gwyn.

I saved this link from an earlier thread - can't find the thread now so I hope it's what you are looking for.

Re: Missal tones
Thanks quaeritor, thanks contrabordum. Your links are exactly what I'm after. Our new pp is keen to sing the missal chant. We're beginning with the Preface Dialogue and the Doxology this coming Sunday, adding other V/ and R/ as the weeks go by.

It would be more accurate to say organ accompaniments for some of the Missal Chants.
The most comprehensive and best (but not yet perfect) set of accompaniments currently available is to be found in this publication:
http://www.litpress.org/Detail.aspx?ISBN=9780814634004
Details of other sets, including the ones Jeff/Antoine mentions, are found here:

and see also

for something a little more eccentric.

Well, I'd expect a website "For Thin Praise" to be a tad eccentric

Re: Missal tones - do they work in English?

45 minutes, 15 seconds in. An assembly mainly sight-singing the Missal chant of Credo III. One priest commented after the Mass that "it don't work in English". What do you think?
