Small redundant organs

Well it does to the people who post here... dispassionate and reasoned debate, with a good deal of humour thrown in for good measure.

Small redundant organs

Post by Peter Jones »

I know of two, one-manual redundant organs looking for a home.

1. 8 stops - Hunter - maintained by Willis since the 1930s and completely restored by them in 2002

2. 5 stops - a "Father Willis" with a considerable presence.

PM if there's any interest.

Possibility of three larger instruments approaching redundancy in Staffordshire.

One is a Jardine - two manuals 19 stops.

All are in poor condition (Jardine has not played for decades) and will need shed-loads of money spending on them to restore to good playing condition.

PM me if interested and if you have access to shed-loads of money.
