232 free pages, Mass Settings, Roman Missal, 3rd Edition

Well it does to the people who post here... dispassionate and reasoned debate, with a good deal of humour thrown in for good measure.

I'm sorry if I offended you - I was just suggesting a way of getting the file. It does have some interesting bits and pieces in it.

Crashes happen, for all sorts of reasons. Don't be put off downloading this; it is large, but well worth a look.

As the document makes very clear, this is an incomplete draft version. I think the quality of the content is variable, but at its best - e.g. many of the idiomatic optional chant accompaniments - it is useful and instructive.

(BTW, I don't think Nazard was trying to be anything other than helpful, CC. I'm sure the other Ubuntu user found his comment reassuring )

No offence taken. I was just playing with the idea of those open source v Microsoft/Apple debates that I see people having online!

Well worth a look. It was interesting to see Flor Peters accompaniments, they were much better behaved than I had hoped. Does this publication suggest that there are lots of parishes where chant based compositions are the norm?
