We did however sing the Proper every Sunday and Feast day and a good selection of Ordinaries. More than is advocated by those whose idea of a return to past glories is De Angelis and Credo III boomed out molto con wellie. And we were taught plainsong by Fr Des Coffey who had learned his stuff at Solesmes. Oh yes we could tell our quilisma from our oriscus.
