KMP have never been my favourite publishers, but they have just gone up in my estimation! We are having an Ecumenical Evening Prayer next weekend in this part of the Birmingham Archdiocese and I received the menu this afternoon for the section that is being led by an Anglican Bishop (he has not been able to focus much on this before because of a bereavement). He wanted a piece that is published by GIA in the US at $1.40, but published by KMP in the UK at £2.99. We need 30 copies urgently, so I told KMP that we could simply not justify spending around £90 on one item. They told me I could have one copy at £2.99 and print copies of it for a one-off licence fee of £1 per copy (which I was more than happy with) and they were happy for me to tell people about this service.
It also shows that ordering by phone and not on the internet can pay dividends!

Very strange. Decani have exclusive distribution for all GIA material in this country, so what's KM doing publishing it?

GIA sometimes publish things that are already published in the UK, in which case they don't distribute it here. Iona pieces are like that, as are RSCM pieces. Could this one be Margaret Rizza, at a guess?

Got it in one mcb - it is Margaret Rizza! I started on the GIA website, Nicholas at Decani then put me on to Mayhew. I looked at the Mayhew website - nearly fainted at the price - phoned them up and they proposed the arrangement we have gone with, which I think is very fair. They could not have been more helpful.

Of course. Should have thought of that.
