It's a small world - we were on holiday that week but Paul mentioned that somebody had come along. Could do with another chap or two.
In fact..may as well plug it more generally, as this forum has lots of Brum folks...anybody who hasn't had enough church music by the time Sunday evenings roll round and lives within striking distance of the centre of town is welcome to sing with the small and very friendly choir of St Paul's Hockley. Rehearsal 5.30, Service (alternating parish evensong and BCP Communion) 6.30. Pub by 8. Occasional (even very occasional) attendence is perfectly acceptable because all the practice for each service is done on the night. Usual Anglican repertoire from C16 to C21*.
